The Edinburgh Young Professionals fundraising group for Save the Children are hosting a night of fabulous fashion and fizz at Edinburgh’s premier night spot Opal Lounge, on Wednesday 26th May. Guests will be treated to a fashion show showcasing the summer’s latest trends, as supplied by Jenners, a glass of bubbly and a goody bag.
Project manager of the event, Chelsea Slater says “The evening promises to be filled with great clothes and a lot of fun, while at the same time raising money for Save the Children projects across the UK and the rest of the world. We have had great support from local businesses such as Jenners for providing the clothes, Stolen agency for providing some of Edinburgh’s hottest new faces and Cheynes for giving their time and their salon on George Street to style the models’ hair. Com Cabs have also generously sponsored us.”
Tickets cost £15 and include a glass of fizz and a goody bag. There will be a raffle on the night and all proceeds will go towards Save the Children. Doors open at 6 and the show starts at 7pm.
The Edinburgh Young Professionals Save the Children Fundraising Group is a group of young professional women who work together to hold fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for Save the Children.
About Save the Children
We're the world's independent children's charity. We're outraged that millions of children are still denied proper healthcare, food, education and protection. We're working flat out to get every child their rights and we're determined to make further, faster changes. How many? How fast? It's up to you.
