Description

Edinburgh's Nativity Scene will be unveiled as crowds gather to celebrate the true spirit of Christmas with an afternoon of Carol singing to raise vital funds for charity.

As light turns to dark and the city lights sparkle along Princes Street Gardens, the free event will be held at the site of the floral clock, at the foot of the Mound. Starting from 4.30pm, Edinburgh's Christmas Nativity Carol Concert will give visitors the chance to join in and sing well-known Christmas favourites, led by The Exile Gospel Choir.

Getting everyone in the Christmas spirit, children from Cramond Primary School will join the choir, while Origin Scotland will be raising funds to support their work with HIV and AIDS orphans.
