A traditional fun-filled pantomime, purr-fect for the whole family!
Heading for London town to see if the streets really are paved with gold, Dick Whittington befriends the ‘cool cat’ Tom, and falls in love with Alice Fitzwarren. However, the evil Queen Rat plays a cruel trick, and Dick and Tom have to leave London in disgrace. Dick is persuaded to turn back after hearing the bowbells calling his name, but is it too late? Will Dick ever clear his name and win Alice’s love back?
Can the goodies thwart the dastardly deeds of Queen Rat and her army of ratlings? Will the Sultan really find his new Sultana? Come and find out for yourselves and join us for some family fun this Christmas!
This is Edinburgh People’s Theatre’s 50th consecutive pantomime in the Church Hill Theatre. Come along and be part of something special! Suitable for ages 3 – 103!
