Polar Ice Bar

A new addition to the Edinburgh's Christmas Festival programme, and the chillest place to hang out in Edinburgh. Quite literally. 

As its name suggests, the Polar Ice Bar is made entirely from ice: table, chairs and the glass you drink out of. You'll also find the walls are engraved ice, with sculptures featuring winter forests and wildlife.

It's so cold (apparently the bar must be kept at -8°C) that patrons will be given jackets and gloves on arrival (or bring your own). 

The ice bar opens on 25th November and closes on 5th January.

First drink - alcoholic or non-alcoholic - is included in the entry ticket.
