About the venue
As the name implies, a traditional pub on Rose Street that has been around for generations. The building was a mission hall before being converted for use as pub in 1800 and “Auld Hundred” may refer to the traditional tune to which the 23rd Psalm is sung (as well as the house number).
At ground level, the auld-world bar serves cask ales and wine, beer, cider, malt whisky and cocktails. Upstairs you can find a good selection of pub grub with a Scottish theme in the restaurant.
