Lates are the occasional special evening events for adults at the revamped National Museum of Scotland that have proved highly popular.
Coinciding with the nationwide Museums at Night programme, A Night in Wonderland promises cutting edge contemporary Scottish music from Django Django and Discopolis.
The Museum will be taken over by installations, roaming creations and pop-up surprises inspired by weird and wonderful elements from the collections of National Museums Scotland.
February’s Night of the Mummy sold out its 2000 capacity weeks ahead of time. The event featured music from Sparrow and the Workshop and Bwani Junction along with fun activities like craft, fashion, photography, comedy and face-painting.
Popular features from the first two events will return, with Fresh Air FM bringing silent disco to the Imagine Gallery, pop-up bars in the Grand Gallery and the rare opportunity to simply explore the galleries of the transformed Museum by night.

The combination ticket with entry to the Fascinating Mummies (normally £9.50) is £18 (£16 concession). National Museums Scotland members pay £8 for admission, including entry to the exhibition.
