Bustling Edinburgh franchise of the dependable, mid-level pizza chain is set in a pleasant setting overlooking the Water of Leith in Stockbridge.

The Edinburgh Franco Manca restaurant is on two levels, in the building by the bridge with a clock tower. The ground level is open table, looking out onto busy Deanhaugh Street, while down the stairs the lower level opens up to a patio area overlooking the river. 

There's a crow's nest or snug built in glass, with a table for one group, looking down on the river and footpath, and across to Hamilton Place.

The restaurant was formerly a Pizza Express restaurant and before that a former bank building. A good place to go after a swim at the Victorian Glenogle Baths.
