Former studio and art gallery in converted 19th century church in the historic village of Temple, Midlothian. 

Home and workplace for more than forty years to glass artist Alison Kinnaird MBE and musician and producer Robin Morton.

In May, 2024, Alison Kinnaird announced: 

"Shillinghill, our lovely converted church/home/studios for 47 years is for sale. In the historic village of Temple, Midlothian. Home of Temple Records, musicians who recorded here include Battlefield Band, Loudon Wainwright III and Peter Nardini. We also welcomed visitors such as Seamus Heaney, Van Morrison and the Proclaimers. Good times."
