The Edinburgh Singers present a choral celebration of Christmas in the historic Greyfriars Kirk. Under the baton of Musical Director Alistair Digges, and accompanied by organist Henry Wallace, the evening will feature choral Christmas favourites including Darke's In the Bleak Midwinter, Poston's Jesus Christ the Apple Tree and Howells' A Spotless Rose; works by contemporary composers Ēriks Ešenvalds, James MacMillan, Chris Hutchings and Tom Cunningham, as well as some traditional carols for all to join in.
The choir invite audience members to join us after the performance to toast the season with complimentary mulled wine and mince pies.
