The Grand Café (sometimes spelled "Grande" Café) on North Bridge occupies the former Advertising & Notices Dept. of the Scotsman Newspaper, now a 4-star hotel.
The interior harkens back to the classic European cafés of an earlier time when the Scotsman moved into the completed building in 1905.
