Toby Carvery Liberton is part of the affordable restaurant chain that specialises in cosy, Sunday roasts. A large restaurant in the Liberton area, it's not the easiest to get to from town. However, it's housed in an impressive building with a large garden out front and, beyond that, attractive, mature woodland. Even with extensive car parking there's a lot of green to see, especially if you are have a seat at a table beside the large bay windows.
The huge beer garden is a great location for summer drinks and food and deeper into the garden, the balm well is worth a quick look.
