Patrick Monahan headlines a night of healthy laughs in support of the Centre of Health and Wellbeing.
From the release: He started out on the glamorous Irish/Iranian/Geordie stand-up circuit where he developed his chatty and friendly, storytelling style. There’s hardly a Festival, TV channel or radio station in the land that hasn’t enjoyed his jokes and now it’s your turn.
Other special guests will include Charlie Chuck, Des Clarke and Tiernan Douieb (from the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe Festival); and Jojo Sutherland (a regular at comedy clubs in Scotland and Northern England).
This event is both a fundraiser – and a 1st birthday party – for the Centre of Health and Wellbeing who deliver health and wellbeing services to people with long term conditions such as diabetes, pain, depression, Multiple Sclerosis and epilepsy.
There will be a live auction with some fantastic prizes. So come along and win a vintage bottle of wine ,a 3 month membership of Westerwoods leisure centre, a days golf at a prestigious course and a night at Tiger Lily.
Tickets are priced £20 (£18 concessions) and are available from the Queens Hall box office (see above).
