Scotland’s favourite vodka bar, Revolution is bringing change to Edinburgh after choosing its Old Town venue to be the first bar to unveil its brand new concept – Revolution Evolution.
After many successful years catering for Edinburgh’s vibrant nightlife, a six-figure investment will be made in to the transformation of the existing Revolution venue on Chambers Street, which will close from the 9th March.
The new Revolution bar will officially re-open on Friday 22nd March with a spectacular night of celebrations. There will also be an exciting closing ‘Under Construction’ party night for the old venue on the 9th March – saying farewell to a much-loved and popular venue.
The new ‘Evolution’ initiative will see Revolution go back to their roots, with a refreshed and expert focus on vodka. The company plans to roll out the new vodka-based model across approximately half of the estate in the next year, including Revolution Aberdeen which will launch in April.
Cementing Revolution as the go to place for authentic vodka based drinks, the bar will be launching their biggest ever cocktail menu with dozens of old favourites and newly designed recipes and hundreds of new ways to enjoy vodka. From classic cocktails such as sours and brambles to a range of unique recipes such as a Midsummer Mule served in Revolution’s exclusive copper mugs, there really is something to suit everyone’s taste.
Showcasing the bar’s brand new look, the grand re-opening party will be complete with drinks reception, canapés and live music. While expert mixologists invite guests behind the bar to take part in their own mini-cocktail masterclass, revellers will be the first to explore the next look venue including a completely transformed clubroom and vodka lounge downstairs complete with a host of entertainment throughout the night.
Phil Dixon, general manager at Revolution Evolution in Edinburgh, said: “As a company, we’re really excited about the new Revolution Evolution concept and we look forward to opening our Edinburgh doors to old and new friends alike.”
As well as stylish new look and feel, Revolution has also introduced a whole new training programme to ensure it delivers the best service and the highest quality cocktail menu.
The new venue redesign is tailor-made for customers who wish to make private bookings for corporate events or special occasions with families and friends, with plenty of new and modern party spaces added.
Phil added: “Whether it’s booking a party night to enjoy with friends or relaxing in the daytime over a drink and bite to eat- the new-look Revolution is designed to cater for every taste and occasion.”
