Easter Road Stadium

Easter Road is the home to Hibernian Football Club (usually just called Hibs) and has been the Hibs home since 1892. The other Scottish Premier League team from Edinburgh is Hearts FC who play at Tynecastle Stadium.

Long before stands went in at Easter Road in the mid-1990s, the stadium once clocked up an attendance of 65,860 (2nd January 1950). In these days of all-seater stadiums, Easter Road remains Edinburgh's largest football stadium with a capacity, following a 2010 renovation, of 20,421.
