I am a member of the Edinburgh Festival Voluntary Guides Association. We run walking tours of the Royal Mile as part of the Edinburgh International Festival and Fringe. Our guides are all volunteers; we receive no payment of any kind. Like all the Association's guides, I am an enthusiast for Edinburgh history and like to share my knowledge with others.
