Thirty years after Stephen Spielberg's CGI-created dinos pounded across cinema screens around the world, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) will be performing two special live performances of Jurassic Park.

The RSNO will perform John Williams’ famous score live to audiences at Edinburgh's Usher Hall on 29th September and the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on the 30th September. The film itself will be projected in HD, while a full symphony orchestra performs the score.

The RSNO has developed a reputation for performing John Williams' music over recent years and in 2018 was the first orchestra outside of the United States to perform music from Star Wars: The Last Jedi live.

Audiences can also hear the Orchestra play favourites from Williams’ other Oscar-winning scores including Jaws, Star Wars, E.T. The Extra Terrestrial and Schindler’s List in Aberdeen, the Usher Hall and at the SEC Armadillo in Glasgow next month.

Tickets to Jurassic Park In Concert are on sale now on the RSNO web site.
