The Royal Lycem Theatre has announced its new season of plays for 2008/2009. There's Shakespearian tragedy with Macbeth, Gothic parody in The Mystery of Irma Vepp, spine-tingling action from Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes..., and plays from titans of the US theatrical world Arthur Miller and Sam Shepherd. The Lyceum is hoping to surpass its record-breaking box office success with last year's Christmas hit the Wizard of Oz, with a theatrical version of CS Lewis's Narnia story, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
