You just can't go wrong with zombies, can you? They are both scary and funny in equal measure. Pure entertainment! And that is probably the best way to describe Opening Night Of The Living Dead. Absolute pure entertainment.

The opening night of Romeo & Juliet. Tensions are high, Lydia is being pursued by her overly excited co star and, to make things a little bit more inconvenient, there are zombies running around the place. Some people just can't get a break.

If you liked Shaun Of The Dead, you will love this. Scary and packed full of laughs this has all of the ingredients for a fantastic night out.

The pace is lightning fast and doesn't allow the audience any time to settle. Before you know it there are zombies running around all over the place....even sitting right next to you.

The cast are all hilarious. Pure comedy gold.

If there is any complaint it is that it maybe is influenced a bit too much from Shaun Of The Dead. The zombie rom-com movie can't really be bettered and so this can come across as a bit of a pale imitation, especially without the Simon Pegg/Nick Frost charm.

However, despite that, I would put his in your diary as a one to see before the Fringe closes. Great fun!
