The rural location of the 4-day outdoor Eden Festival, held annually in June.
The 18th century country estate has mature woodland and the Kinmel Water flows through it.
Raehills House, built 1786 and redesigned and expanded in 1830 with ornate gardens and parkland, is a category A listed building.
