About the Area
Situated to the North of the City, and to the West of neighbouring Leith, of which it was once a part of, Trinity is an area of contrasts.
Its character is a mixture of sleepy, leafy suburbia and elsewhere, particularly down by the coast with the old row houses it hearkens back to its working class maritime roots.
Primarily residential, perhaps the biggest draw is the sea, whether sheltering from the grey and grim, windy winter months or watching the sun glint of the watter in the good days.
A popular spot for wave watching over a beer and pub grub is the Old Chain Peer.
