Scone Palace is delighted to
be participating once again in the Scottish Snowdrop Festival. The Grounds will be opening for the Festival
on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd February as well as the following weekend,
Friday 27th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 1st March. Visit our enchanting snowdrops, they can be
found almost everywhere across the one hundred acres of beautiful gardens. Also, enjoy afternoon tea in the coffee shop
and browse around our Food and Gift shops.

Antiques Fair & Snowdrop Festival

The ever-popular Galloway Antiques Fair will
be making a welcome return to Scone Palace
from 27 February - 1 March 2009. Nationally known
antiques and fine art dealers will be displaying items for sale including
furniture, porcelain, glass, silver, jewellery, mirrors, sculpture, oriental
rugs and carpets and much more from early Georgian through to the 1930s. Come

Homecoming Scotland Stewart Family Trail

As part of the Homecoming Scotland celebrations, the Palace will be
hosting living history performances by costumed actors, telling the history of
the Royal House of Stewart's connections to Scone.
Performances will take place at 11am, 12noon, 1.30pm and 2.30pm

Breast Cancer care Ribbon Walk
13 June
The Ribbon Walk is a 10 or 20 mile circular route along
fantastic trails through the beautiful grounds in and around Scone Palace to support those
affected by breast cancer. Whether you've had breast cancer yourself, plan to
walk for family or friends, or just want to enjoy a fun day's walk in stunning
countryside, this is a day to celebrate those who move and inspire us.

The Scottish Game Fair
3 - 5 July
Set impressively in the grounds of Scone Palace, the
Scottish Game Fair is regarded as one of the main countryside events of the
year in Scotland, demonstrating the importance of game and other wildlife and their
contribution to the Scottish countryside. The Fair attracts over 30,000
visitors who come to see spectacular arena events, gundog and fishing
competitions and clay pigeon shooting. There are also 400 trade stands selling
guns, fishing rods and outdoor clothes and for the children there is a Punch
and Judy Show.
