Tattoo Announces New Board Appointments
The Edinburgh Tattoo has announced the appointment of two new board
members.
Town House Company and Scottish Tourism Forum Chairman, Peter Taylor
and Moffat Charitable Trust Chairman, Jamie Moffat have now joined the 9-strong
Tattoo board.
Moffat, who was Managing Director of travel agents, A.T.Mays, last
year oversaw his family's charitable trust donate in excess of £3 million to
over 200 worthwhile causes. His leisure
interests include golf, boating and travel.
Award-winning hotelier, Peter Taylor OBE is Chairman and Managing
Director of a private collection of 4 and 5 star boutique hotels across central
Scotland. He is also Chairman of the Scottish Tourism Forum, an independent
trade body which represents tourism businesses in Scotland.
Chairman of the Board of the Edinburgh Tattoo and Lord Provost of
Edinburgh, The Rt Hon George Grubb said: "We are delighted to have both Peter
and Jamie on board. They bring a range of skills together with vast experience
in the travel and tourism industry, which will add value to our business"
