The Fringe Box Office will open for ticket collections today, a day before preview shows start. However, telephone and over the counter ticket sales are remaining suspended for a third day. The Fringe suspended ticket sales on Sunday and yesterday to deal with technical problems with its ticketing system (see Fringe Shuts Shop again... story).
The message, updated yesterday, on the front of the Fringe web site says:
"The Fringe Box Office will reopen tomorrow (Tuesday 29 July) for ticket collections only. We are expecting to be busy for the first few days for collections. If the show you are planning to see is later in the festival please collect your tickets from the beginning of next week."
It adds: "Telephone and counter sales will remain suspended as we continue to work on the box office system. We expect to open the Fringe Box Office for telephone and counter sales on Wednesday 30 July."
Tickets can be bought through the Fringe web site.
