Description

Eden Festival sounds like it should be in Edinburgh, but it's in fact a multi-day, outdoor music and arts fest south of Edinburgh, in a tented village in Raehills Meadows in Moffat.

In 2023, Sister Sledge top the billing on the main stage (dubbed The Great Mountain), with a range of other music across the festival's other 11 areas: pop, world, alternative, Celtic, folk/roots, funk, electronic, spoken word.

It's also home to a variety of silvan inspired arts, crafts and activities. Other festival marquees cater food and drink, with areas for woodland creativity and kids play.

Transport

Eden Festival is a 1 and a half hour drive or if you are feeling more adventurous a 6 hour bike ride from the centre of Edinburgh.

The "Eden Bus" leaves Edinburgh on Thursday 11am and returns Monday 12.30pm. An adult return ticket is £32.50 (child under 12 is £26).

The Festival line-up is from Friday to Sunday night.

The gates to the campsite open 2pm on Thursday, 8th June and close again at 12pm on the Monday, 12th June.
