Scotland’s first ever consumer show devoted to great outdoors organised by the Scotsman with partners such as Rat Race Adventure Sports, Savage Skills and Sno!zone. Everything from cycling and offroading to snow and rock, from the simple joys of camping and walking to water sports and beyond.

Highlights include:

  • Savage Skills Display Team – your chance to watch one of the UK’s most accomplished mountain-bike stunt teams, with three-time world champion and current British champion , Ben Savage. Unmissable and spectacular to watch
  • Climbing Walls – Climb with the supervision of a qualified and experienced instructor on either of the two climbing walls supplied by EICA Ratho and the Keswick Adventure Centre.
  • Sno!zone will have its snowboard simulator at the event, giving you a taste of the sheer excitement and skill of this adrenaline-packed sport.
  • Bushcraft & Survival Skills magazine will be hosting a fully interactive and engaging area dedicated to the art and skills of bushcraft and wilderness survival. This will include demonstrations and talks including woodland face painting, have a go at tracking, try out a firesteel, woodland craft for kids and much more.
  • Land Rover Experience Scotland is bringing a Mini Terra pod, and will hold prize draws, giving you the chance to experience the thrill of off-road driving in the luxury of one of the latest models in the Land Rover and Range Rover fleet.
  • Robin Harvie will read from his book "Why We Run" and talk about his experiences. He ran his first marathon in 2000 and since then has run 15 more, including the Spartathlon, a 152 mile run from Athens to Sparta.
  • Tim Ralph – a retired fire officer, Tim has become the oldest British Seven Summiteer. He will speak passionately about his love of mountaineering and some of the unique challenges he has faced.
  • Edinburgh Mountain Film Festival – festival director Stevie Christie presents a selection of thrills and spills, laughter and drama – all crammed into 30 fun-filled minutes.
  • 60-plus expert exhibitors on site in five distinct zones with demonstrations & prize draws.

All interaction and entertainment is included FREE as part of the entry price. Tickets on the door are priced at just £10 for adults and £1 for children (under 5’s go FREE).
